The staff is friendly and helpful. There was never a shortage of anything at breakfast, everything was fresh and always replenished. The hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. They provide luggage storage service for free.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to Adejoan, Pablo, and Carla, who ensured everything went smoothly. The location is unbeatable—a 24-hour supermarket just half a block away, the metro station three blocks away, Copacabana Beach only two blocks away, and all within walking distance of the iconic Pedra do Arpoador and Ipanema Beach. It’s also conveniently situated near two main avenues with a wide variety of restaurants and excellent public transportation options. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, arranging reasonably priced tours to Rio’s top attractions. Valeria’s warm smile at the breakfast buffet made every morning a delight, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. On cooler days, relaxing with a caipirinha by the heated pool or unwinding in the sauna was the perfect way to end the day. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!
